Refund policy for online payments
Davies Turner is committed to the prompt settlement of requests for refund of a payment made using our online application. All requests for a refund will be acknowledged by return email and aim to be resolved within seven working days of receipt.
Factors such as arrival/loading dates, dimension changes and changes to the original booking details may affect the value of the refund; these will be advised as soon as possible after receipt of the refund request.
Requests for a refund should be sent by email to the relevant email address below and should quote cardholders name, Davies Turner invoice number, reason for refund and refund amount requested.
